Discovery Call (Free)
We start with a 30-minute call to understand your project, budget, and timeline. No obligation, just clarity. You leave knowing exactly what's possible.
Home Visit & Measurement
We visit your home to survey the space, take precise measurements, and photograph the existing kitchen. This forms the technical foundation of your design.
Concept Design & Presentation
We develop 2–3 design directions with mood boards, material samples, and layout drawings. You choose what resonates, and we refine until you love it.
Quote & Agreement
A detailed, itemised quote is provided. All costs are fixed before manufacture begins — no surprises at handover.
Manufacture
Your kitchen is handcrafted in our workshop. We send you progress photos and updates throughout the manufacture period (typically 4–6 weeks).
Installation & Handover
Our team installs your kitchen on a confirmed schedule. We complete a thorough quality check together before signing off, leaving your space spotless.
