How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance for routine appointments. For urgent matters, please call us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Do you accept medical aid?

Yes, we accept most major medical aid providers. Please bring your medical aid card and ensure you have authorization if required by your plan.

What are your payment options?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and medical aid. Payment is required on the day of your appointment unless you have medical aid coverage.
